Mechanical Fitter | HV Motors & Generators

The Role Join a specialist team performing high-level repair and overhaul of Medium and High Voltage (MV/HV) electrical motors and generators. We are looking for a precision-driven Fitter with a background in heavy machinery (ideally mining) and a proactive approach to safety.

Key Requirements:

• Technical: Proven experience in MV/HV motor and generator overhaul.

• Industry: Background in heavy machinery or mining equipment.

• Safety: Ability to identify, report, and mitigate risks in a repair facility.

• Skills: High attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities.

• Tickets: Current Forklift (LF) licence (or willingness to obtain).

Highly Regarded:

• Machining or Soldering qualifications/experience.

• Experience with motor rewinds.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
